Before you stay
A few things that make the first stay easy
These rules protect every pet staying with us. If anything's unclear, just message us.
What we need
- An up-to-date vaccination book, as set by your vet
- Flea and tick prevention within 30 days of the stay
- Aged 4 months or older (dogs and cats)
- A visit or trial day before the first stay
Visit us first
Bring your pet for a free 30-minute visit to sniff around and meet the carers. You'll see the real rooms, fire exits and cat floor for yourself.
What to pack
- Their usual food, bagged per meal
- Any medicine, with your vet's instructions
- A blanket or T-shirt that smells of home
- One or two favourite toys
- Lead (dogs) or carrier (cats)
We provide
- Bed, blankets, water and food bowls
- Low-dust cat litter
- Training treats (if you allow them)
If your pet seems unwell
We don't diagnose or treat. Our carers note what they see, call you straight away, and with your consent take your pet to your own vet or our partner clinic [clinic name]. Vet bills are the owner's.

Booking terms
- Deposit
- Normal dates: ฿500. Peak dates: 30% of the total. Paid by PromptPay once we confirm your room in chat.
- Cancelling
- Normal dates: 3 days' notice. Peak dates: 14 days. Within that, the deposit is refunded or moved; later, we keep it.
- Check-in & check-out
- Check-in 10:00–18:00, check-out by 12:00. Later pick-ups are charged as a half day of daycare.
- Leaving early
- Unused normal nights are 50% refundable; unused peak nights are not.
- Belongings
- Label everything with your pet's name. We take care, but can't be responsible for toys worn out by play.
