How far ahead should I book?
One to two weeks for normal dates; one to two months for New Year and Songkran.
Will my pet share a room?
No — rooms are for one pet or siblings from the same home. Group play is an option for dogs who've passed a trial.
Can you give medication?
Yes — your pet's own medicine, exactly as the vet wrote it. Please bring the label or prescription; we never change doses.
How can I pay?
PromptPay, bank transfer, cash and cards.
Do you take other pets?
Only dogs and cats for now.
